Working with local real estate experts at Gulf Sands Realty was a lot of fun! They provided us with a blank slate to build out a full website with IDX integration as they launched their new agency. We developed a consistent style for the site to match other branding. Keeping a clean, bright and stylish look to match their company and service area.
The Outcome
The client loved the new site and the options it gave for future expansion. The on site MLS listings provide a great SEO advantage over other IDX software so they can rank for addresses people may be searching for instead of sending that traffic to the MLS websites.
