Webink Solutions LLC provides a marketplace for the sale of digital services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Web Hosting: We offer reliable web hosting services accompanied by management support to promptly resolve any website issues. Customers on our Pro or Ultimate hosting plans are entitled to additional monthly development hours (2 hours for Pro, 5 hours for Ultimate) for minor website changes after the initial 30-day warranty period.
• SEO Services: We provide search engine optimization services aimed at increasing your site’s organic visibility. While we apply industry best practices, no guarantees are given regarding search ranking positions or specific organic traffic levels.
• Paid Digital Marketing / PPC: Our services include managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads. Note that all ad spend must be billed directly to the client. We will invoice you for our management fee based on the total ad spend, while the actual advertising costs are your responsibility.
• Web Design: We design and develop custom websites tailored to your needs. Each project includes two (2) revisions and a 30‑day warranty following the website launch for minor adjustments. Any major changes requested post-warranty may incur additional charges.
• Social Media Management: We offer organic content creation, scheduling, and management services for social media platforms. These monthly services require cancellation at least 10 days prior to the end of the month to avoid further billing.

All service descriptions, features, and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion without prior notice.

When you purchase services from our Site, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

For recurring subscription services (such as hosting, SEO, PPC, and Social Media Management), you authorize Webink Solutions LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for monthly fees. For non‐subscription services billed by invoice, a 14‑day due date is attached to the invoice. We will send multiple reminders leading up to the due date.

Late Payment: If any invoice remains unpaid for more than 10 days past due, we reserve the right to automatically bill the credit card on file for the outstanding balance. Failure to update or provide a valid payment method may result in suspension of services.

All prices and fees will be stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.

In the event of a billing dispute, you must notify us in writing, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, if your payment method is declined or delayed, your access to the services may be suspended until payment is received.

Monthly Digital Services: For recurring services (hosting, SEO, PPC, and Social Media Management), you must cancel at least 10 days prior to the end of the billing cycle. Refunds, if available, will be partial and based on the work already performed.

Web Design Services: Our web design services include two (2) revisions. We offer a 30‑day warranty after the website launch for minor tweaks and adjustments. Any major revisions requested after the warranty period will incur additional fees.

Hosting Cancellation: Hosting cancellations are processed through your account at https://webink.solutions/my-account/. In the event of cancellation, your website and related data will be retained for 30 days, during which reactivation is possible.

Except as otherwise provided, all purchases are non-refundable.

You agree not to use the Site or its services for any purpose other than that for which they are intended. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not:

• Systematically retrieve or compile data from the Site in any manner (including use of bots or spiders) without our express written permission;
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including attempts to collect sensitive information such as passwords;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the security features of the Site;
• Disparage, tarnish, or harm our reputation or that of the Site;
